This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
The lights are mesmerizing, maybe it IS a spaceship about to land and carry off the fair-goers to another planet! This is a nighttime scene from the midway at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, now in its 117th year. The event lasts for 23 days. Aside from the midway, there is "heart pounding rodeo, world class livestock, kid friendly exhibits, live music, cowboy cuisine....and four acres of incredible shopping". The midway is ever entertaining. It was ALMOST worth it to pay $1 to see the snake woman, a beautiful creature with the head of a woman and the body of a snake! Or perhaps 50 cents to see the the worlds smallest woman, only 29" tall. I said ALMOST worth it. So sadly I cannot report to you what wonders were beyond the barker's desk.

About Joan Carroll
Protected with PIXSY About Joan Carroll: I am a Fort Worth Texas-based outdoor photographer who feels at home while on the road...in Texas, in the US, around the world. Although travel and photography were dual interests from a young age, the coming of the digital camera provided undreamed of opportunities and unleashed previously untapped creativity. Wherever I go I want to walk every street, hike every trail, ride the bus or metro, climb every tower, walk around and through every monument, and then do it all over again when the light changes. In every place, light, mood, color, and...
