Taken at 7:34pm in late July at the 9th St. entrance to 1000 Step Beach in South Laguna Beach off the Pacific Coast Highway. High tide had been advancing since 3pm and this kid got caught in a big wave hitting the rock he was perched on but, did make it to the sand safely.
