I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

I came across these one cold winter day a few years ago. The picture was taken with my first, used but wonderful camera, an Olympus FE240 set to macro. I loved how these tiny cones looked like flowers carved from wood.
