Paul Guyer was born and raised in Sacramento and studied art at David Lubin, Kit Carson, and Sac High. And Stanford. He now lives in El Macero. His art is a tour of "The Paris of California" from February 12, 1941 to today. Hop on your one-speed and let's go!
