Back story to my purchase...This bird showed up at my house on the 28th of November. It is not native to Vermont! He came every day to my back deck where I fed the other birds in the area, bunking out in the bottom floor of my barn when the weather became very harsh (Vermont Winters!) Unfortunately he did not survive a week of below zero weather at night, and blustery cold winds and highs in the single digits during the day that we had mid-January. I was crushed. I have no idea where he came from but enjoyed his presence for many many weeks. My purchase captured him perfectly. Gone but never forgotten. Thank you for my daily reminder of a stranger who became a friend.

I strive to portray the courage and growth it takes to move through the obstacles and triumphs of living on this earth. I started to paint at a very early age and found a way to express myself.
