The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

Childhood outdoor explorations and activities, often as a family, led me to appreciate nature in all its wonder. My formal art training was received at Northern Illinois University. I am a painter, photographer and do sculptures in metal and wood. I do abstract acrylic paintings, nature photography, especially bugs on flowers, and do sculptures of wild things. As an artist I tend to notice things that many people bypass. I relish seeing the world differently, in my own way. Outside the box, Orthodox.... chew on that awhile. I love color and convey that in my paintings and am inspired by...
