Bought this as a Christmas gift for a relative. When it arrived, images were so faded and could hardly see what they were. Emailed customer service, answered quickly, asked for a picture (which I sent), agreed that it was not good and refunded money and suggested ordering again in another color. I reordered and this order was spectacular. Love it. Fast delivery, great customer service and great product. Can't wait to give to recipient.
