One of my dear friends owns an animal sanctuary in Colorado with many horses, mules and donkeys in her keep. These three brothers were rescued from a horrific neglect situation but are now living a life of luxury in green pastures with lots to eat. They are often found hanging out together in the fields.
About Suzanne Schaefer
Now a retired septuagenarian, I've been painting since the age of 2. My professional art career has included fashion illustration, architectural illustration, realistic fine art, portraiture, and most recently, abstract digital disciplines. Diversity is truly the spice of life! Here at FAA you will find some of my works in various mediums including acrylics, gouache, transparent watercolor, colored and graphite pencil, and even a few photographs. Although moving at a slower pace these days, I am still accepting a limited number of commissioned requests. If you'd like a painting/portrait of a specific subject, please feel free to contact me.
