Belle Perez-de-Tagle has travelled and lived in various parts of the world, from the Philippines to the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia. This Canadian artist truly endeavours to capture the �soul� of her subject in her paintings. Her artworks portray diverse women of the world, from the grassroots to the sophisticates. Belle has a 5-year Bachelor�s degree in Fine Arts, major in Painting.
