About Raven Creature
Raven Creature--her real name-was born in California in 1968. She has been drawing since she could hold a pencil, has completed two degrees, and is now pursuing her BFA at the Academy of Art University. She moved to New Orleans in 2002, quit her day job March 2010, and has since been selling art in Jackson Square, in the French Quarter of New Orleans. She has shown in galleries in New Orleans and California since 2003, and is one of the artists in the Great Artists' Collective on the well-known Royal Street in the Quarter. Her figurative oil paintings have evolved into a unique "new" surrealist style.
