Mike Lawrence is an incredible artist with a range of diverse styles. I'm a fan! This bag is exactly what I was hoping it would be: Well made, durable, and nice -n- big so I can carry LITERALLY everything I need in it! I can fit a laptop, chargers, wallet, phone, keys, and a sweatshirt, and any other small items I want. Great quality, beautiful art design! Highly recommend.

Surprisingly quick response and delivery time . The customizing process was easy to figure out , and the bag was exactly as i had ordered it . It's perfect to carry around my sketch pad and pencils or framed art work . The fabric is heavy weight , and the handle is sturdy and well attached . Good overall construction and the image quality is bright and clear .

Received this lovely tote. The image printed beautifully on the fabric. I ordered the small 13x13 size and find it attractive and handy for carrying odds and ends. I'm looking forward to showing it off.

Artist's Description

The ball of fire that is the sun gets trapped in a cloud bank as it struggles to begin the day. Heavy clouds hovering on the edge of the earth blot out the sun's bottom portion, leaving it to hang in the air, unsupported by the horizon below it. Another band of filmier clouds dims its golden light, turning it a peachy color. As the clouds change from heavy to light, from thick to filmy, from gray to red and orange, the full color of the flaming ball paints the sky. In the foreground, the beach sand sleeps, waiting in darkness for the sun's light to awaken it. It is covered by a moving blanket of water, calm on the surface, but inhaling deeply to spew waves onto the shore. As the sun rises, the ocean stretches, a wave crashes; and the day comes to life.

About Kay Lovingood

I've always loved looking at nature, drifting along with the ever-changing clouds, stopping to smell the roses. God's creation gives an abundant and ever changing variety of subjects for me to capture. I enjoy photographing all of nature, from the wide vistas of mountains and valleys, right down to spiders, butterflies, and dewdrops. I bought my first camera, a Canon AE-1, in 1979, and practiced and experimented and asked questions. I still ask questions and read blogs; but I've never taken a formal course or workshop. I switched to digital in 2000, which allows more experimenting, with instant feedback, so I can correct a shot immediately. My current camera is a Nikon D-90, with a 28-300 and a macro. Although I'm digital, I don't use...
