Description
When Centered and Focused Inward, eyes closed, one's eyes are opened to a waterfall in a river. Heraclitus said that it was impossible to step into the same river twice, and as the First Psychologist, I believe he meant to draw an analogy between the flow of a river and the course of one's life, both impossible to "step in" twice, as each moment we experience is lost to the past, overwhelmed by the future, and lived in the present.
