I was told 38 yrs ago it was circa 1650 Sounds like a tv show I’ve never seen but honestly paid $200 for the frame at a junk/antique shop and painting was in it but damaged and I had it repaired . Total price $200. Murillo had several people copy his work in the 1700s and 1800s but I’ve had this one carbon dated 1654 three times! the original of this was done in more "real" colors. Always influenced by a friend who said that he did not paint things the colors that they were, but rather the colors that they should be!
