During my visit to relatives in Mississippi I noticed one flower remaining in a rather large flower bed. It was late Spring. The sun was beginning to go down and I began to click away. This is what came out of one of those clicks. This bloom is beautiful even in its last hours! Hope you enjoy "The Last Flower".

I have enjoyed taking photos since I was a little girl, but especially began learning about the skill and art of photography in college; however, as years went by I, like most of us, put the camera in the drawer and would pull it out only for special occasions. For the most part, photography has been a passion that I put on the shelf; but now I have the opportunity to share with others some of my favorite photos,while exploring creative and new styles in photography and digital art.
