This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

The Light Leading Home by Diannah Lynch ~
On a morning walk as I rounded the curve, the fog was lifting. The Light came through the tops of the trees and nearly took my breath away. I looked and was so in awe of the feeling that came over me, I took in a deep breath and sensed an incredible peace. It was a special moment between God and me that I will always remember. This photograph was taken shortly after my Mother passed away.
Photo location ~ The entrance/exit of the Rocky Knob Cabins, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, US National Park, near Mabry Mill and Meadows of Dan, VA. At the top of the hill and to the left is the beginning of the Rock Castle Gorge Hiking Trail. A most beautiful and peaceful hiking trail. Peace.
