The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is the morning view of the Gila Mountains in black and white from the Foothill, Arizona which is a few miles from Yuma. It seems like we have many sunrises like this one during the winter months.
