The Russian Tower is a building built by the Soviet Union in 1976. The structure is one of the few standing buildings when U.S. forces took Bagram Airfield. It first served as a surgical hospital for sick and injured Americans.
About Frag Jobe
Art is a part time hobby with most of my work designed to be gifts to family or friends. The most recent movements I am making are water color paint and pen and ink. My subjects range from military themes to portrait to landscape. Graphite, charcoal pencil, and colored pencil are my primary tools with an occasional jaunt into pen and ink or chalk pastels. After inactivity in drawing lasting over 18 years, I decided to try and improve my skills in a deliberate fashion starting in 2013. I hope you enjoy, Frag Jobe
