Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. This calligraphy shows the Japanese kanji Fuku 福, Fu in Chinese, which means good luck, good fortune, happiness and blessing. Actually the Fuku kanji shows an image that is familiar to all of us: a jar plenty of food or wine. When there is plenty of food and wine stored there is a feeling of good luck prosperity and peace.

My gallery presents calligraphies and paintings that breathe the spirit of contemporary Chinese and Japanese brush art. The main feature of my art work is to grab the moment of inspiration and express in its fullness with the brush. My medium is ink and natural pigments on rice paper.
