About Cheryl Damschen
I am a native Texan. My mediums include pencil, graphite, ink and oils. My parents nurtured my artist ability all my life, drawing as a child was more fun than watching cartoons as I entered high school I began exploring painting in oils with my aunt for several years. I have always enjoyed art and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with everyone which shows an interest. My passion in oils show through as the landscapes blossom with detail and color. My favorite thing to do is during art exhibit is live painting, the oils just seem to take over and shortly a completed landscape either of the local scenery or from some distant travel which I may have taken. I have often been asked during an exhibit which I would be painting during where the photo...
