Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
About Ricklene Wren
Ricklene Wren is a self taught artist who is originally from Michigan but has lived in Florida for 24 years. Having grown up in an artistic family, Ricklene drew much inspiration from her late Grandfather. Working with acrylics, Ricklene uses pallet knives as her choice tool and creates pieces full of texture and depth, while at the same time capturing detail and emotion in a strikingly unique way. Her paintings often convey a mood that has been described as thought provoking and mysterious. Having done strictly commission work in the past, Ricklene is enjoying the freedom of painting subject matter that she chooses herself.
