I [posted this as a review, but I'm not sure where it went, since I don't see it, I'm posting it here as a comment. I ordered this bag over the weekend and it arrived yesterday. As soon as I opened the package I was immediately disappointed. This is not what I was expecting at all. The bag states that it was 13"x13" and I expected a basically square shaped standard tote bag that was 13" tall and 13" wide. What I got was a very small tapered at the bottom bag which at no point reaches 13" in any direction. If I had realized the bag was going to be this small, I would have sprung for a few extra $ to get a larger size. The bottom of the bag is only 9" wide, the bag is 11.25" tall. The only part that is close to 13" is the top opening, which is about 12.5" I can not even put a standard letter sized file folder in this bag without it sticking out. Additionally, the bag is uneven. The bottom seam to try to make the bottom flat, is different sizes on the left and the right. one side is 3.5" while the other is only 3". Some of the stitching is already pulling, which makes me worry about possible rips in the near future. The only positive I have to say is that it arrived on time, and that the picture on the bag is beautiful and exactly what I was expecting. I got this bag for an event I'm going to on Sunday, and as it's now Thursday there is no time to try to exchange it. There is no option for a star rating, but if there was, I'd give it 2.
