"The Wave II" [2:1] Vermilion Cliffs, Arizona, USA 1202-1-2883 The Wave is accessed via limited permits granted by the BLM. The trail begins at the Wirepass Trailhead in Utah, then meanders several miles, into northern Arizona. The Wave itself is located there, within Arizona's boundary. Although the site attracts thousands of photographers each year, entry is limited to only 20 individuals per day. To get a chance to shoot this landmark takes persistence and a lot of luck!
