The material was sent in a bag and was extremely creased

December 4th, 2018

I am the artist who ordered these items. I was disappointed with the fleece blankets. The image printed crooked on 4 of the 5 blankets and the 'plush fleece' is very different from the plush fleece blankets I ordered previously. No where near as 'plush'. These blankets were unsellable. Also, one of the tapestries showed up with a thread that was pressed right into the fabric which made it unsellable as well. The reason I didn't ship these items back was due to the fact that by the time I received the order, there was insufficient time to return the order in time to meet the '30 day' from the date ordered deadline. This is the first time I've been disappointed with an order featuring my art by way of FAA. Sadly, it makes me hesitant to order again.

Artist's Description

I couldn't resist just a few more minutes of photographing before I left Canmore (Alberta Canada) for the drive to the Calgary Airport and home. Just a block from the hotel was this beautiful late summer scene, with the sun just coming up and touching the mountain peaks. Two of the rocky Three Sisters peaks are visible in the photo, with the third behind the tree. The peaks are known individually as Big Sister (Faith), Middle Sister (Charity) and Little Sister (Hope) (R to L) and are the iconic landmarks of Canmore. The peaks were original called the Three Nuns because as Albert Rogers wrote in 1883 "There had been quite a heavy snowstorm in the night, and when we got up in the morning and looked out of the tent I noticed each of the three peaks had a heavy veil of snow on the north side and I said to the boys, 'Look at the Three Nuns.' They were called the Three Nuns for quite a while but later were called the 'Three Sisters,' more Protestant like I suppose." Big Sister is 9,632' Midd...
