I hung this picture on a light Grey Kitchen Wall.....It looks AWESOME. I love it..And I have had nice compliments about it...It makes me smile every time I walk into my kitchen...Plus I'm a big Tea drinker, so it is very appropriate to have hanging in my house....Thank you..

The design, colors and shape of the Tiger Swallowtail is truly a beautiful sight to behold. It is so rare, fleeting and graceful, it makes you want to capture the moment. I don't consider myself a realist painter but the reality of such beauty has to be duplicated down to the fethers on his tiny body. Price includes a custom oak frame.
About Mikki Alhart
Doing everything later in life is the best thing I could have done. Mikki Alhart is mostly a self-taught artist with lifetime mentors, teachers and accomplished artists, being my mother and, sister. Having been a commercial and residential interior designer for seventeen years, followed by twenty one years working as a counselor was my training for the insights and fervor of my artwork today. Little did I know that by being given the rare privilege of having a glimpse of others souls that it would teach me how to illuminate the beauty of ordinary scenes.
