As an artist I usually don't buy other artist's work, due to space allowances, but I'm very happy with this purchase. It looks perfect on my wall.

My nineteen yr old granddaughter has taken a deep interest in light houses. With out going into great detail I can say that I noticed through her interest in lighthouses that she was seeking guidance in some situations in her life. She was trying to navigate through what she considered to be confusing timeliness of events shortly before, during and after covid. In her view, she was treading hazardous waters and couldn't find answers. I noticed that her deep interests in lighthouses corresponded to her present situations. After a few months I put 2 and 2 together and I felt an opening into her inner hopes. I searched for lighthouse art work and found this one titled, 'Beam of Hope'. I gifted it to her as my way of saying, "I see you. You are not alone. I am here for you and will help you navigate through these times." Her reaction to the 'surprise ' gift told me I was correct. Now she opens up to me and her mother about her deepest concerns and we are able to be her, 'Beam of Hope'.

Although he did not win this art award, he continued to make artistic strides, and had his first personal art exhibit at the young age of 17. He received his art training at Accademia Albertina, in Turin, which was founded in 1672, at the special request...
