About Acrylic Prints

Mounting Option #1

Mounting Option #2
Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print. Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.
The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!
All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).
The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.
There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.
Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts. The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall. When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done. The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1". All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print. Click here for mounting details.
Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back. There are no metal mounting posts at the corners. Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done. Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50" Click here for mounting details.

I love the picture! It is stunning. However, I was unable to find any description of the metal mounting posts on the site. Customer Service was very slow (days later) to respond, and because of a small aside I made about wanting my picture to hang straight down, they changed my mount without asking. When I learned they had done so, I said OK but that I had not asked them to make the change. They responded with a very curt message asking if I wanted my order cancelled. I love the product but it is unlikely I will purchase from them again.

Very happy with this item. It's a very vivid and HD quality image of one of my favorite deep space images ever. I purchased the 40" x 26" size, and find it perfect for the main hanging space picture on my wall. I plan on getting 2 smaller ones to go next to it of other images. But this one looks fantastic.

I was impressed with the high quality material used on my print. The item was well packaged and came on time. Would definitely do business again.
Artist's Description
This drawing represents the fascinating nature of Pi and its relationship to circles. As the number of sides in a polygon increases, approaching infinity, the value of Pi forever approaches the concept of a circle. This website showcases three variations of Pi by Jason Padgett with increasing numbers of sides, illustrating how the shape becomes smoother and closer to a circle with each iteration.
The inner and outer boundaries of Pi are explored through the use of secant and tangent lines. Secant lines approach Pi from the inside of the circle, while tangent lines approach Pi from the outside of the perimeter. As these lines converge, they encapsulate Pi within a forever-smoothing shape, forever closer to a circle. It's important to note that perfect circles don't exist in reality.
To visualize this concept, observe the three drawings of Pi side by side. The one with 180 sides shows significant empty spaces on the circle's edge. Moving to the drawing with 360 sides, some...
About Jason Padgett

Jason D. Padgett is an artist and thinker whose journey challenges conventional perception. As the author of Struck by Genius, a book that has been optioned for a major motion picture, his unique artistic perspective has captivated audiences worldwide. What makes Jason’s work even more extraordinary is his experience with motion blindness (akinetopsia), a condition that causes him to perceive the world in discrete frames, like stop-motion animation or a flipbook. Rather than seeing continuous motion, he perceives reality as a series of still images. While many might see this as a limitation, Jason has embraced it as a gift, using it to explore intricate patterns and structures that often go unnoticed. His hand-drawn works reflect a...
