Beautiful capture and sidebar description, Terri! Like so much the green front trumpet (as it is not getting worst by oxidation) Great work! g+ T L Vtd.

Terri Waters replied:

Thank you very much Pedro

Thank you so much Brian

Terri Waters replied:

Thinking now I expect the scales and trumpet are bronze and turned green due to oxidation. It must have looked amazing when they were bright and shiny.

Super ..the little hint of green from the trumpet in the statue is wonderful crisply done

Lisa is a great artist, somewhat in the mode of Grandma Moses.. She is good at depicting a very busy scene in a folksy manner.. The little dachshunds in the foreground sealed the deal because we own one,, Thanks again

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Cheap quality, not price.

The material was sent in a bag and was extremely creased

I am the artist who ordered these items. I was disappointed with the fleece blankets. The image printed crooked on 4 of the 5 blankets and the 'plush fleece' is very different from the plush fleece blankets I ordered previously. No where near as 'plush'. These blankets were unsellable. Also, one of the tapestries showed up with a thread that was pressed right into the fabric which made it unsellable as well. The reason I didn't ship these items back was due to the fact that by the time I received the order, there was insufficient time to return the order in time to meet the '30 day' from the date ordered deadline. This is the first time I've been disappointed with an order featuring my art by way of FAA. Sadly, it makes me hesitant to order again.

Artist's Description

Tower of the Five Orders of the Bodleian Library . The stone mason's work over the main entrance from Catte Street. This side of the tower is on the inner courtyard side and is only a small section of the elaborate stone work. Whilst the Bodleian Library, in its current incarnation, has a continuous history dating back to 1602, its roots date back even further. The first purpose-built library known to have existed in Oxford was founded in the fourteenth century by Thomas Cobham, Bishop of Worcester. This small collection of chained books was situated above the north side of the University Church of St Mary the Virgin on the High Street. This collection continued to grow steadily, but when, between 1435 and 1437 Humphrey, Duke of Gloucester (brother of Henry V of England), donated a great collection of manuscripts, the space was deemed insufficient and a larger building was required. A suitable room was finally built above the Divinity School, and completed in 1488. This room continues...
