Order arrived with one mat instead of two and even that mat was the wrong color. Two days after creating a "support ticket", still no one has gotten back to me about a return shipping label and how to rectify the situation (even though the automated response promised a return mail within a few hours...). Compared to other companies' service idea, that is just sad. Considering how expensive the product is, right now, I am just considering canceling the order altogether instead of having it redone.
