While I love the product, I was very disappointed about the delivery process. I ordered the product significantly (a week and a half) before I needed it. It didn’t arrive until nearly 2.5 weeks after I ordered it. I understand that these are tough times. However, I ordered this product one week after I attended my father’s funeral and then came back to attending to hundreds of patients in my practice. I ordered it as a part for f a gift for my one year wedding anniversary. And it not arriving on time, and the owner of the business not responding to my inquiry about its arrival was a super big bummer.
