Three King or chinook salmon attempting to jump a waterfalls. They could not clear this falls so they spawn just down river from it.

I really did get three fish in the air at once. But this is the only time that I captured three fish clearly in one frame in several thousand frames of shooting.

I am a freelance photographer that has lived in Alaska since 1982 and travelled through out the state and other wonderful areas in the world by foot, boat and aircraft pursuing the endless beauty and variety that exists. I'm primarily a wildlife photographer but also enjoy the challenge of capturing landscapes. All of the animals in my images are wild- I do not take zoo or game farm images.
