It was a big and incredibly sad hit to the gut and heart when Chris Cornell recently passed. I grew up listening to all these guys long before I could even relate to the music. Even with minimal emotional experience, something about the music resonated in me. The energy it gave off was so raw and real, and there was never a sound before or after that ever came close to what they were able to create. And of course with age and experience, came an understanding and ability to relate and truly connect with something that touched upon places that no one had ever gone before. What these guys did will live on forever, and continue to resonate with generations to come.

My style stems from a street art background while also implementing many fine art techniques and methods used in more traditional art. I am constantly experimenting with new mediums and processes that keep my work both original and also exciting for myself. The ideas that are most appealing to me are the ones I haven't seen done before, and the pieces that come from those ideas are the ones I am most fond of.
