Description
My happy and colorful modern impressionist painting of tulips and beautiful sunset is hand painted in acrylic and pastel on canvas. There are many more of my tranquil paintings for sale as prints and cards in my Fine Art America Jane Small shop. All are designed to create a feeling of peace, happiness and wonder. There is also a collection of paintings in watercolor and in the exquisite medium of melted beeswax. I have spent many years developing my unique methods and style in these mediums.
I am so grateful again to the very gifted photographer here on FAA,Nick Boren, for the privilege of being able to paint and interpret this tulip field from his fantastic gallery of beautiful images. He takes the viewers of his inspirational photos to places they can often only dream of. Thank you so much Nick!

This is so beautiful Jane; the beauty takes me on a journey into this lovely field of Tulips that seem to just melt into the gorgeous sky off in the distance. Another Masterpiece my sweet friend; the essence of Spring!!! xoxoxo

The rows of tulips seem endless.... it pulls me right into the fields. What a colorful vision! I keep returning to see again and again. Beautifully and masterfully done dear Jane! It makes me dream of being there looking up at the windmill... with that gorgeous sky surrounding. It sings like the colors of music...
