Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

This is a painting of the dinghy used to reach the lobster boat, Ugly Anne, in Perkins Cove, Ogunquick, Maine. The water is painted using a knife giving it an unusual depth and texture.

About Dillard Adams

PERSPECTIVES IN FORM My focus is on marine landscapes and architecture studies from Southern Maine and Tennessee. I use a lot of color, structure and perspective. I was a mechanical engineering student at Vanderbilt University more than fifty years ago, when a drafting class awoke my passion for drawing. Detailing sketches of wheels, gears and machinery revealed a natural technical aptitude. Upon retiring in 1998, I began to pursue my interest in painting in earnest. Most of my paintings are oil on canvas detailed from photographs. However, I particularly enjoy plein air painting.
