Description
A pretty intense sunset happened over the seacoast area earlier this week. The plan was to head to New Castle, NH and photograph the reflective color off the ocean. Driving thru Portsmouth it was clear the color was not going to carry over the clouds. After shooting a couple spots I saw these rocks while passing over the causeway between Portsmouth and New Castle. The tide was going out and was very still. I put on my mucks and headed out into the water to a depth of about a foot and then sank into the mud about 3". Even after the sunset there was enough ambient light to reflect off the wet rocks and cast enough light to see down to the mud.
