US Air Force flight simulator. Engineer with a General Electric Differential Analyzer (analog computer) that has been fitted with an aeroplane control stick and controls to create a simulator. This equipment was used as a simulator for the Bell X-2 and other research aircraft. Photographed in the Dynamic Stability and Analysis Branch of the High-Speed Flight Station (HSFS, now Neil A.
