Neat shot. When my dad was alive I used tease him and ask him if he was on the first Constellation. He was a 30 year man, his ship was the Constellation, but of the aircraft carrier variety. But he always did answer he was on the first carrier Langley.

Mike Lawrence is an incredible artist with a range of diverse styles. I'm a fan! This bag is exactly what I was hoping it would be: Well made, durable, and nice -n- big so I can carry LITERALLY everything I need in it! I can fit a laptop, chargers, wallet, phone, keys, and a sweatshirt, and any other small items I want. Great quality, beautiful art design! Highly recommend.

Surprisingly quick response and delivery time . The customizing process was easy to figure out , and the bag was exactly as i had ordered it . It's perfect to carry around my sketch pad and pencils or framed art work . The fabric is heavy weight , and the handle is sturdy and well attached . Good overall construction and the image quality is bright and clear .

Received this lovely tote. The image printed beautifully on the fabric. I ordered the small 13x13 size and find it attractive and handy for carrying odds and ends. I'm looking forward to showing it off.

Artist's Description

Coypright: Christiane Schulze USS Constellation, constructed in 1854, is a sloop-of-war and the second United States Navy ship to carry the name. According to the US Naval Registry the original frigate was disassembled on 25 June 1853 in Gosport Navy Yard in Norfolk, Virginia, and the sloop-of-war was constructed in the same yard, possibly with a few recycled materials from the old frigate. Constellation is the last sail-only warship designed and built by the US Navy. Despite being a single-gundeck "sloop", she is actually larger than her frigate namesake, and more powerfully armed with fewer but much more potent shell-firing guns. The sloop was launched on 26 August 1854 and commissioned on 28 July 1855 with Captain Charles H. Bell in command.
