In 1994, after a year, he was classified first in the saddle at Cagiva, as well as in 1997, at eighteen, he became world champion 125 class with the Aprilia. In 1999 he won the 250cc world championship and now dominates the major class of the motogp.
Valentino Rossi was therefore the first Italian to win the World Championship in three different categories. The legendary Giacomo Agostini, for example, won so well fifteen World Cup in his career, but all in the 250 and 500 classes. Rossi instead is the third driver in the history of the World Championship to triumph in three different classes.
