A painting inspired by my wife making a pot of lovely vegetable soup.
About Bernard Victor
After getting a distinction at high school for painting I gave it up till I retired. Though mostly self taught I have attended various painting seminars and been tutored by ex-Royal College of Art tutor, Bernard Myers, and Slade graduate Rebecca Allen. Have shown at many local shows. My speciality was modern still life and marine paintings, and some small landscapes in ink and watercolour. I have now gone over to painting abstracts, inspired by Monet, J.W.Turner , the Abstract Expressionists and Gerhardt Richter.
