This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Beautiful wood print
Artist's Description
We took a walking tour of Dorset England in 1989. Ipainted this view from Knowle Hill on the Purbeck Ridgeway. It was in Aug. and there hadn't been rain for many weeks. The ground was bleached deep yellow against dark green trees and foliage. I think the old church in the distance is St. Peters in Church Knowle but I am not sure. The walking trip was one of the best vacations we ever had. I wish I could go back there.

hi Ethel, in july 1989 i also walked the ridgeway and will never forget it. all of england was yellow because of the drought, an unusual sight. you caught the mood of that odd english summer perfectly - thanks for the memories!
