The artist is my son and is very talented. In high school he was accepted by Chicago Art Institute but couldn’t afford the tuition. He graduated from Fredonia State University with a Fine Art degree.
Once upon a time, near a rough-hewn lagoon, just east of the sun and west of the Moon, there lived a young prince with a head full of horns whose terrible mien drew a fair maiden's scorn.
The maidens fair-warned at the sound of his horn that he blew every morn' till today: When the cows in the wheat hear the sheep as they bleat 'tis the boy who's at play in the hay.
Asleep in the hay with a maiden all day, bewitched and bedeviled in a beastly bad way, such a Cardinal sin could easily win the heart of a blue-blooded fay.
Alas. . .
For the love of a lass was all that he asked; on the day that he lay with mermalien le fay, young Villeroy Bleu paid the piper his due when she spurned him and kept him at bay.
'Twas the sting of an arrow whose course short and narrow would open her heart to his own; for the thorny Boy Blue, love was long overdue, his lust for maidens at last outgrown.
Patrick Pierson: A TABLEAU OF DREAMS, NO LIMITS Born Pádraig Anton-Piers in 1953 on the outliers of Baile Átha Cliath, Éire (Ireland), the artist changed his name to Patrick Pierson in 1961 when he and his family immigrated to America. Initially represented and published by the Meisner Gallery in New York City, Patrick eventually settled in Palm Beach, Florida and established Fyshwerks Studio Gallery - a fine art studio, smithy, display gallery and publishing house that would become the birthplace for the creatures that were destined to inhabit the realm of Planet Zootopia.
