I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

About John Galbo
My architectural imagery is organic, sometimes celestial and, grounded in antiquity. Patterns, textures, light, shadows and omissions collaborate to create a dichotomy; both real and illusionary. What is excluded is as important as what is included. Contextual clues are often subtle or absent (Spanish Synagogue). The imagery, speaks to our yearning to visualize the stories bequeathed to us by our grandmothers. The reverie of the images trumpet ways of life revered for their simplicity, honesty, and beauty.
