A very early mid 19th century map of the Scottish capital. This detailed city map of Edinburgh by Robert H. Stevenson is in the public domain and was published in the year 1855. This beautifully detailed map shows popular Edinburgh landmarks such as Colton Hill, Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street. This image has been restored, converted to black and white and has a little hand blended texture.

My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
