This bag arrived with a misprint. There is a half circle printed on one side of the bag which should not be there. I've attempted to gain customer support several times from FAA without obtaining a response. I use FAA as a printing partner. FAA's customer service is a hit and miss. quality control can be an issue on few occasions. This is my second misprinted item in a month. I'm giving this particular order a one star review based on the lack of customer service and because FAA did not take responsibility for a damaged item as their policies state. I have issued my customer a refund so this was a loss. *Update: I opened up a case with my payment provider. After doing so I received a response from FAA so I was able to cancel the case. FAA shipped a replacement tote at this time. I have still taken a loss with this order as I refunded my customer. My customer is happy they are getting a replacement bag but no longer wants to carry the totes in their gallery as customer service was challenging.
Vintage McCann's Ice Cream Sign combines an ice cream cone and a Kewpie doll image, dating back to around 1909. The little cupid baby and a sweet treat made good sense.
