I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
Artist's Description
Tombstone is a historic frontier and former mining town in southwest Arizona. It has a storied history where big money was made in the silver mines and fortunes were given and gambled away at the saloons that numbered over 100 in the town's heyday of the late 1800s.
The most famous event that happened in Tombstone was the Shootout at the OK Corral where the lawman Wyatt Earp, his two brothers, and Doc Holliday had a gun battle with a group of outlaws called the 'Cowboys'. The shootout took 24 seconds, and in the end, the criminals Billy Clanton, and Tom and Frank McLaury died. These days, Tombstone is a popular destination for tourists who want to see remnants of the wild west.
