Description
La Faye Lynch was made a nursing home prisoner in Montgomery, Alabama, in 2003. Her son, Terry Lynch, contests that this was a violation of her civil rights enabled by Draconian laws which must be abolished. Power and control was taken of all her income, benefits and property and has since been used to support and maintain a segregated institution which is a violation of her civil rights. This is how the "Segregation Forever" doctrine preached by George C. Wallace is being instituted through a corrupt system of probate court judges, good buddy lawyers, and administrators which forms an elitist, white power class of rulers, which act like 21st Century slave masters. This is a grave injustice which demands that people rise up, protest, march, sit-in, and make other peaceful, non-violent protest until this horrible situation is rectified and corrected by adopting draconian law applicable to all states to end this "Segregation Forever" policy that is enabled via declaring elderly and incapacitated individuals "ward of state" when they have loving, caring sons, daughters or other trusted family members who are perfectly able to make rational decisions regarding their care and management of financial affairs.
