While visiting beautiful Estes Park, Colorado, I came across the really cool old church made out of native stone in a river bed. While walking around the church, I realized it would have been surrounded by raging flood waters during the floods of 2015 that was bad enough that the residents were all evacuated. I felt I needed to record this bit of history of the church as there would have been no one up there to photgraph it, no way to get even get there because the roads were washed out. This is my depiction.
