Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

This is in honor of the brave women of W.A.S.P. Here's how this came to be: This is a version of an old sketch I had of a woman with a sewing needle that I revamped. I took the pencil sketch, scanned it into Adobe Illustrator, and started adding details. Then different ideas started popping into my head. One was of the paintings of pin up girls that were added to to the side of military planes during WW2. Another was to add stripes which made her look like a bee or a wasp, so I decided to call her "wasp." Unbeknownst to me, W.A.S.P is an acronym for Women's Airforce Service Pilots. Check out their story on NPR here: http://www.npr.org/2010/03/09/123773525/female-wwii-pilots-the-original-fly-girls. So finally I added the stars & the military themed green coloring.
Art for me is a way to express myself: my innermost thoughts, emotions, aspirations and experiences. I create art as way to meditate, enhancing my mood or temporarily letting me forget my worries. My inspiration usually comes from music, but my influences come from the unique physical characteristics of people. Music helps to keep me absorbed in my work and focused... despite not always knowing what will emerge. I tend to draw people in a stylized form, although occasionally I draw realistic forms, and I also draw creatures and objects from nature and from my imagination. I still use the mediums I used as a child, such as ballpoint pen, and both graphite and colored pencil, but now I sometimes enhance it by using modern mediums such...
