Watercolor of red roses and buds on a single stem with luscious green leaves. This painting is dedicated to my father, Maurice Corens. It is my tribute to an extraordinary father who is remembered for his endless range of talents, to achieve all he puts his mind to, for being a physician, a watercolor artist, a painter of gorgeous scenery, and then as a "serious" painter of works with a mostly satirical message stemming from his life as a country doctor, and for the innumerable and example-setting other attributes worthy of a book. Love you dad!
