The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Sand eats the stairs. As the dunes grow, they cover existing structures. This is part of the walkway for a house called Doctors Remedy. Wooden walkways protect fragile dunes from erosion from people walking on dunes. Some of these walkways are beautiful structures, some humble but useful wooden paths. They are part of the flavor of being at the beach. The dunes are very important for protecting the homes along the coast of North Carolina from waves and storms. New dune fences are in the middle ground of this image. If they are successful, new dunes will grow over these fences. This walkway is at the western end of the island in an area called The Point.
