Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Western Solarmask is a simple study of abstraction focusing on the subject of a face, or more likely a mask. It is a very approachable subject that provides an instant connection and relation for a viewer, drawing from it a narrative easily imagined. Strong geometric elements with bright color and texture help create this unique narrative that captivates. Living here in the desert southwest I am constantly reminded of the history of this rugged territory. Ah yes, the sun! Who does not think of the sun when hearing or talking about the desert? Bringing these two ideas together makes for a powerful visual that will keep a viewer coming back time and again hoping to glean some truth about life and our history. Currently I am in the process of creating more images with this theme so please check back from time to time to see what is new!
